Complain about our service delivery

If you are not happy or satisfied with our service at any stage of a complaint process, you have the right to complain about this.

We are committed to improving our service and we welcome your views, even if they are critical. Our service charter explains our commitment to people receiving care, service providers and people who raise concerns. Giving us feedback helps us to address any concerns you may have about our service.

  • If you are unhappy with the way you have been treated or the service you have received, you can raise the issue with that staff member. Our complaints staff can be contacted on 1800 550 552.
  • If you are not comfortable raising the matter with the person concerned, or you are still dissatisfied after speaking to them, you can ask to speak to the staff member’s manager.
  • If your concern is not resolved you may speak to our internal reviews team by emailing reviews@agedcarecomplaints.gov.au or phoning 1800 500 294.
