Our resources are free. You can order from our range of resources for your own use or to use in your advocacy service, health service or aged care service.

Our resources can:

  • help people understand their options to provide feedback, raise a concern or lodge a complaint within the aged care service or with the Aged Care Complaints Commissioner.
  • support aged care staff to resolve concerns within the service.

If you order or provide feedback about our resources we will collect your name and contact details. Our Privacy Policy outlines how the Complaints Commissioner complies with the Privacy Act 1988 when handling personal information. You may wish to refer to this policy before proceeding.

How to place your order

Feedback on our resources
