Statement of Expectations and Intent

The Statement of Expectations outlines the Australian Government’s expectations of the Aged Care Complaints Commissioner. It includes responsibilities related to our stakeholder relationships, organisational governance and financial management and reporting.

The Complaints Commissioner has responded with a Statement of Intent. This sets out how we will achieve the goals, standards and timelines outlined in the Statement of Expectations.
