Policy for Managing Unreasonable Conduct

This policy outlines how the Aged Care Complaints Commissioner, will manage unreasonable conduct from external parties.  Treating others in a respectful and courteous manner is important to us during our engagement with you and for the welfare of our staff. This policy was developed in line with the Commonwealth and NSW Ombudsman’s Managing Unreasonable Complainant Conduct Practice Manual to provide guidance to staff on managing unreasonable conduct.
